The main character (Jack Bauer) played by Kiefer Sutherland, is dedicated to protecting American citizens against attack from threats against the United States. With an uncanny ability to survive, he has to work quickly, and efficiently, against the ticking of the 24 hour clock. He has great support from his team at CTU including Chloe O'Brian who provides technical support, satellite tracking, control of traffic lights, tracing calls etc. On the whole, the series is tremendously exciting, with a cleverly thought out plot. This TV series has completed it's run.
Prison Break
The plot centers around a brother crafting a plan to help his brother, who faces the death penalty for a crime that he didn't commit, to escape from the Fox River State Penitentiary. Michael gets himself sent to prison in order to facilitate the escape plan.
Burn Notice
Burn notice is an action comedy TV show featuring a burned spy Michael Westen who is grounded in Miami, unsure of why he was burned. To help fund his investigation into why he was burned, he helps locals who cannot turn to the police, to fend off bad guys. With his small team of helpers, automatic weapons and C5, they do a good job of cleaning up the streets.
Human Target
Christopher Chance, a body guard, security expert, and private contractor protects his clients by making himself the human target. Lots of action and hand to hand combat make this fun to watch.
Strike Back
An exciting SAS drama series by Chris Ryan. After a mission to extract a businessman hostage from Iraq goes wrong with 3 members of the extraction team shot by friendly fire, the wrong man (John Porter) is blamed. His military career is ended, and the guilty one's career flourishes becoming the boss of section 20 (a special operations unit). John, manages to secure a role in section 20 and during the course of several exciting missions, gradually unveils the truth of what happened.
Although Prison Break, and 24 have come to an end, the others are likely to have a season 2.

From Prison Break to Dexter and all beyond and in between. In recent years there have been some incredibly good TV shows, and no-matter where you are on earth (with some exceptions), the Internet allows us to enjoy these great TV shows in the comfort of home.
Hopefully I can give you some good ideas for TV shows to watch and you too can tell me about your recommended TV shows too that I may not have seen.
In the blog posts, there will be a mix of reviews, news, and video clips. So it should all be great fun and useful, I hope.
